This refrigerator was priced higher than others I had looked at, but due to the quality and features I could not bring myself to buy anything other. I made the right decision. I was afraid the interior would be too small, since I had a larger refrigerator before this purchase. It is not. I had plenty of space even while I was hosting a party. The flex bar is great. For the first time I am not losing small items in the back. It also adds more storage space in general. The ice maker has produced much more ice than my previous. And the water dispenser is far less messy than my old in-door unit. The crisper drawer is amazing. I am able to keep fresh my fruits and vegetables and have not lost anything to wilting or spoilage. The various drawers in the freezer are well thought out. I am not sure how the storage space compares to my old refrigerator which had two freezer drawers, but it has definitely be adequate and provides places to keep bags of food. Again, good organization. The only thing that I am not thrilled about is the drawer inside. The size is great, but it takes two hands to open it, and it sticks enough that it doesn't glide as smoothly as I think it should. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

Ordered this during COVID 2020... Waited 3 months for it. Quite fridge that cools nicely and quickly. Ice maker/bin is in the freezer compartment which is a smart way to do it versus being in the refridgeration section as most units have. As long as you are okay with water dispenser being inside (have to open the left door to access)... this is a perfect fridge for us. 2 years now and counting. No issues thus far.

This is a great refrigerator. Super quiet with large capacity and filtered water inside the unit, so no more water drips and spots on the stainless door. Did much research before deciding on this 800 Series French Door purchase. Love the flat front and handles. Practical, moveable shelves allow arrangement of contents as needed. Quiet operation. Adjustible (low to high) interior lighting makes viewing contents easy - love the #5 (high) interior lighting. Exterior walls are grey which is visually nice due to our counter depth Bosch still slightly visible on the sides.

We love our refrigerator. It works perfect. And you don't need the app for anything. When I bought it I thought Apple was a little bit better. The only downside to the app is that it loses the connectivity/connection so you won't be able to set it to vacation or away or echo remotely every time you expect to be able to do it. But it works just enough so that way if you do go on vacation you can do it before you leave. But if you are already away and you want to change it setting, you won't be able to remotely do it

In fridge water dispenser gives cleaner look, have owned a Bosch dishwasher for years with no issues so opted for fridge once our LG took a dive. I first fell in love with my bosch dishwasher. I've used it now for 3 years and am still loving it. It can pack a full load, clean the dishes beautifully and is so quiet you do not know it is running. Now, to my refigerator. I must say that I was a bit nervous as I researched the Counter Depth and French Door. The Bosch was more expensive but I was so disappointed in my last frig. i won't go into all the bad things that happend in those 3 years but knew it was time to upgrade! I could not be more pleased with my Bosch Refrigerator in the month I have now had it. Quiet, I have to plce my ear on the door to hear it. The only thing you do hear is the ice falling into the tray. I have found I prefer to scope my ive rather thanhave it fall from a door. The inside is well lite and plenty of sturdy shelves. I actually have more space than my refrigerator and 6" more floor space which is a hugh plus for me! Well worth the extra dollars. I look at it as it an appliance that I use 24/7 365 days a year, not so my other appliances. It is a win/win. Go Bosch! Now, I will wait to see how long it lasts.

We performed our homework before purchasing all new appliances and Bosch came in at #1 for refridgeraters. We saved our pennies and made the big purchase in mid-March 2022.... arrival date was early May 2022. We are absolutely thrilled with our fridge. Plenty of space and shelf flexibility/. The auto ice maker is excellent and certainly makes plenty of cute cubes. I would HIGHLY recommend this make and model to anyone looking to upgrade.

The fridge is great. It's a little taller (3/8") than advertized/standard and had to move up my cabinet to fit. the shelves on the door aren't adjustable, and slightly too small for 1 gallon jugs. you have to put it in at an angle vs upright if the next shelf was a couple inches higher up. the app feels really dated for being such a modern fridge. you really need it to tell you the door is open as the fridge doesn't close easily. the right door and the drawers always get caught unless you slam them shut. this seems to be a feature with french doors as one of the doors (the right one in this case, left ones on LG) have the middle divider. but the bottom two doors (drawers) having to need an extra oomph seems to be a feature of bosch in particular. the "stainless steel" of the doors is very soft so be very careful when installing the door handles.

Doors are a huge pain to close. They swing early enough, bus short of slamming them shut, if you turn your back, they will be fully open. Also, the door ajar alarm is way to soft. Great looking unit. Cools well, spacious layout and great ice maker with zero issues.

This fridge was 2 cubic feet smaller than the one it replaced yet is somehow able to organize and hold so much more. The internal water dispenser keeps the fridge looking clean and modern while also having the benefit of saving internal door space. The middle drawer does actually seem to keep produce longer as well by at least an additional week in my experience. The freezer orginization is amazing as well; the extra pull-out drawer's help hold a lot more food and keep it organized so you're not digging around the deep bins. The "flexbar" is just okay, I wish I could raise it higher but it is constrained to using the same attachment points as the normal shelves. I ended up only using one of the trays to hold a carton of eggs. Its not much but it does save that much more space. The fridge really is a joy to use if you like to cook.

we're enjoying the refrigerator however the ice maker is garbage. already had it replaced once (under warranty) but the new ice maker is only marginally better than the original. It's not that it makes zero ice, it just makes very little ice, nowhere near filling the tray. It is too bad because otherwise, it is a nice machine.

Best refrigerator I have ever owned! I previously only bought KitchenAid appliances but decided to try Bosch after talking to a relative who had Bosch appliances. Not only is it very attractive in my kitchen, it is extremely functional and has much more room than any refrigerator I've had previously. The ice maker being in the freezer drawer prevents the mess of an ice dispenser in the door since the ice always went all over the floor. The freezer has an extra shelf and is very spacious. I wasn't sure if I would like the water dispenser but it works very well. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator. I plan on my next dishwasher being Bosch as well. I'm done with KitchenAid and sticking with Bosch.

This has many nice features. I like the seperate drawer for meat or vegetables. The icemake in the freezer compartments has taken a bit to get used to as I had the indoor water, ice before. The interior water dispensor is my biggest complaint. You can pretty much only fill a glass, if you have something larger or something with a spout you can't get it close enoght to fill. The have to make a concious effort to close the upper doors but you can set up your phone to notify you if one is left open, which is helpful

Overall I like the fridge. I don't know how sanitary it is to dig ice out of the freezer, but... Thd doors have a habit of not closing all the way. When they aren't closed a very faint alarm goes off. It's so faint my husband doesn't hear it even when he is in the kitchen. I don't think there is a way to turn it up. Inside is lit very well, easy to clean, lots of room. Ask me how I like it in 5 years. If it lasts that long I'll give it 5 stars.

Love the layout of this fridge and the middle drawer. The stainless is not fingerprint free and is hard to maintain. It easily shows fingerprints. The crisper drawers are very flimsy and we are on our second set of drawers due to the drawers breaking when being pulled out. Very disappointing for the cost.

This fridge is worth it, it makes LOTS of ice and so fast that I've turned off the ice maker. The fridge is also very quiet. It is quite spacious for a counter depth and I love that it's tall so there's no weird space between the cabinet and the fridge. Overall very pleased.

Product recommended from friend-Not as well made as I expected for a Bosch product. Inside drawers were plastic and flimsy, hard to open drawers. Depth of inside shelves on doors were too short-bottles easily fall out when door is opened. Doors do not close completely-needs to be pushed manually. Vegetable/fruit drawer is nice. Fingerprints prominent on outside door. Would prefer if ice drawer was a little smaller

Great fridge so far. Makes new ice FAST. Veggie drawer keeps fruit and veggies good for longer. The app is great for open door alerts and temp control. Clear drawers allow for easy viewing of all items. Only small negative is the size at 21cuft but if that's all you need then it's perfect.

Just a pain sometimes. The 'Home Connect' feature is really a challenge. It disconnects almost weekly and then you have to dedicate time to connection progress again. The bottom freezer drawer is heavy to move.
